Security & Data Protection Standards

Last Audited: August 2026 • Production Domain: voicewire.app

Supabase Row-Level Security

Every draft, voice profile, and user record is isolated via strict PostgreSQL Row-Level Security (RLS) policies. No user or tenant can ever query another creator's database records.

OAuth 2.0 Authentication

We leverage Google OAuth 2.0 and cryptographically salted password hashes. Voicewire never stores raw user passwords or unencrypted credentials on our servers.

Paddle PCI-DSS Level 1 Billing

Financial data and payment cards are processed directly via Paddle. Voicewire servers never touch, handle, or store complete credit card or CVV details.

Zero AI Model Training

Your proprietary ideas, drafts, and client personas are never used to train public language models. Your intellectual property remains 100% confidential.

1. Data Encryption in Transit and at Rest

All network communications with voicewire.app require HTTPS with TLS 1.3 encryption. All database volumes on Supabase are encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 encryption.

2. Vulnerability Disclosure & Bug Bounty

If you discover a potential vulnerability or security issue within Voicewire, please contact our security response team directly at support@voicewire.app. We acknowledge all reports within 24 hours.
